1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the website roofingexpert.co.nz and any roofing services provided by My Homes Roofing Expert (trading as My Homes Construct Ltd), located at 84B West Harbour Drive, West Harbour, Auckland 0618, New Zealand.

By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

My Homes Roofing Expert provides residential and commercial roofing services across Auckland, New Zealand, including roof painting, roof cleaning, roof repair, moss treatment, house re-roofing, garage and carport re-roofing, emergency roof repair, commercial roofing, and metal roofing.

All services are provided subject to a written quote accepted by the client. We reserve the right to decline any work at our discretion.

3. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes after the initial inspection.

4. Workmanship Warranty

We provide a written workmanship warranty on all completed roofing work. Warranty terms are outlined in your individual job contract. Material warranties are subject to the terms of the respective manufacturer (NZ Steel, Dulux, and other approved suppliers).

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in your individual quote and invoice. Standard terms are payment upon completion unless a deposit or staged payment schedule has been agreed in writing. Late payments may attract interest in accordance with the Interest on Money Claims Act 2016.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, My Homes Roofing Expert shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed.

7. Website Use

All content on this website is the property of My Homes Roofing Expert and is protected by New Zealand copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
